Late Appointments
If you are late for your appointment by more than 15 minutes, you have missed your appointment and may be subject to our “no-show” fee. We will attempt to schedule you for the next available appointment. If you are late for three appointments, you may be dismissed from the practice. If you are running late, please call us.
Cancellation and “no-show” Policy
Please be courteous, and provide 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients. If 24-hour notice is not given you may be charged a fee to cover the provider and staff time allotted for your appointment.
